Today we're shipping Health Score v2 - a complete rebuild of how Customer City calculates deal health. The new model uses 7 weighted factors instead of the previous 4, giving you a more accurate picture of which deals are on track and which need attention.

The 7 factors

Each deal gets a score from 0-100 based on:

  • Activity Recency (20%) - days since last activity across all channels
  • Engagement Depth (15%) - number and variety of interactions
  • Contact Coverage (15%) - multi-threaded contacts at the account
  • Stage Velocity (15%) - time in current stage vs. your average
  • Close Date Health (15%) - days to close vs. deal size expectations
  • Data Completeness (10%) - required fields populated in CRM
  • Executive Sponsor (10%) - VP+ level contact identified and engaged
  • See your pipeline's blind spots

Customer City connects to your revenue stack and surfaces the silent failures killing your deals.

    What's new

The biggest change is cross-stack signal weighting. Activity Recency now checks email, call, and meeting activity - not just CRM last-modified dates. Contact Coverage looks at Gong call attendees, not just CRM contact roles. Executive Sponsor checks Gong, email, and CRM together.

The result: health scores that reflect what's actually happening, not just what's been logged in Salesforce.

    Health tiers

  • 85-100 (Healthy / Green): Deal is on track. Maintain cadence.
  • 60-84 (Warning / Orange): Needs attention. Review blind spots.
  • 0-59 (Critical / Red): At risk. Immediate intervention required.
  • Health Score v2 is available now for all Customer City users. Existing scores will automatically recalculate with the new model.
